The beds are hard, but that seems to be the norm throughout Europe. Other than that the rooms are excellent.

Very good staff speaking good English (as opposed to most Madrilene people). I would expect more clear details on the conditions of stay i.e. is breakfast included or not (not in this case). Newly renovated and of good quality. The surface in square meters was somewhat tight but that's inner city I guess.
