From Expressway exit Verona-Nord:
Immediately after the Tollgate, turn right onto the feeder (Tangenziale) in direction city center (Verona Centro). At the end of the feeder, turn left at the first traffic lights. The Piccolo Hotel Verona will be right in front of you.
