The internet cafe next door was excellent. Not your upmarket hotel but adequate for sight seeing. After all you only sleep there as you are out all day.

It was easy to find since it was right next to the Termini, but the area is kind of sketchy compared to the rest of Rome. It's kind of far from all the main attractions, but Rome is an easy city to walk if you're up for it. We took the bus once and cabs a few time. The staff was good- they all spoke English to some extent. We also took a Vestours tour (which they promote at the hotel) to Naples/Pompei- not that great. Overall the place was good because we only slept there- but a little expensive for the accommodations.

The hotel was comfortable and clean.

The room was adequate for a base in Rome.

However I would recommend it for someone who wants to be close to Termini, which seems to be the center of activities for tourists. Thanks. The room is OK and the desk service supperb. I thank the receptionist for her concern and willingness to improve the services and provide information to the tourists.
