The reason: their "dining room" was undergoing repairs (it looked ok to me! A depressing entrance and ambience. an adequate room for the price

The knob of the door was broken. The sheets of the bed and the bath towels was very used with holes. At first they gave us a room with shower (private) but toilet out of the room. We complained about this and after the gave us another room. The hotel is very expensive if you compare the price and the facilities

Our room was directly above an after hours disco that kept us awake from 2-5am. The staff were not accomodating and rude that night and were reluctant to offer us any compensation the following morning. After many heated discussions with multiple employees (we were not permitted to speak with the manager), they changed our room and discounted the charge for the night. The employees that we spoke with were aware that the disco is very loud. Because of these problems we would NOT RECOMMEND this hotel. Mould and peeling paint in the shower, drain did not function well.

While still resting it is very noisy on the hallway that disturbed us sleeeping. Two beds were joint into 1 double bed they were uncomforbale.

Miserable breakfast served directly in the room. Much noise from the street. Too expensive for quality level. Beds were one feet too short and uncomfortable. Bathroom quite dirty.

Very cold room, the heater was out of order. NO emergency exit.
