Helpful reception staff. Very good value for money. The location was perfect for the oldest and nicest part of Granada. Wonderful food to be had in any number of bars and restaurants less than 5 minutes walk away. Public transport, which is very good, seconds walk away. Would stay there again and recommend to anyone wanting a traditional hotel in the centre of Granada. We ate all meals out so cannot comment on the breakfast available at the hotel.

Good service. Main problems are getting there by car, which is very difficult and parking, which is impossible. This should have been made clear beforehand. Very nice room. But we did not like twin beds. Why does the room have twins beds rather than a double? A double bed is much better, and easier to make. Also there were no facilities to make coffee and the mini-bar was poorly stocked.
