The entry was very steep. I have a very low performance car (like a Ferrari) and damaged the underside of the car while trying to get into the garage. Absolutely unnacceptable that there is no warning signs saying that low cars cannot enter the garage. We requested a checkin time of between 11am and 2pm. We arrived at 12:30 but our room was not ready. We were given another room but the odor of cigaettes was terrible.

We stayed 2 nights, but we were charged for 3 nights on credit card (1x deposit for 1st night without any signature & 2 nights at departure). No clear information available at reception.

Very good public transport (several bus lines) for the city center (5 mins) and for the Lingotto area and Palavela arena (10 mins). Room was not properly cleaned, especially the bathroom.

Unfortunately people in the room next to me had very loud voices and were often up late laughing and talking so my sleep most nights was not the best. Pillows were rather hard but this was a problem in other cities in Italy as well
