The fire alarm went off during the night, and we only found out about it due to a notice in the foyer int he morning. The alarm did not work in our room! Quite scary, given the hotel fires we read abot in the news...

Great location which overcame limited facilities Room was pretty basic for an Executive double but it was fine.

We booked tickets via the internet which cost 200 pounds however, when we checked into the hotel we were told the fee was 210.00 which we paid. We requested a late check out at the front desk, check out time was 2pm, however we were disturbed 7 times between 10-130pm by hotel staff telling us check out was at 11am, this shows poor comunication between hotel staff.otherwise - hotel wass clean and comfortable.

Reception area very unfriendly - nowhere to sit, very bare and unwelcoming. Takes minimalism to ridiculous lengths. Same goes for poorly lit corridors.
