What are the differences between the room types?(If there are more than one room type)

Standard Room - All 25 rooms are nicely furnished and with ensuite bathrooms. All have air-conditioning, satellite TV, direct-dial telephone, and computer jacks and fax-machines are provided on request.
Superior Room - The Superior rooms are very large and have a sitting area. Some rooms have beamed or decorated ceilings.
Terrace - Some rooms overlook via Faenza, a typical medieval street with cobblestones, others face inner courtyards or back ( these are very quiet), a few rooms have terraces overlooking the rooftops.
