Reviewer: Viera Minoo Date of review: 8 January 2008 Recommends this hotel: YES Recommended for: Business, Leisure Room Hotel Facilities 1 Bed 4 Ambience 3 Cleanliness 4 Service 3 Room Size 3 Location 4 Amenities 2 Value for Money 3 Hotel is conveniently located for people making a brief stop over in Vienna - access to the airport within 25 minutes and just accross the Sud-Banhof and not far from the Bus terminal is a big advantage. The staff at the reception desk were courteous and helpful, however, some help with luggage would be appreciated, especially when the guests are struggling to get in/out with heavy suitcases through a not very conveniently opening entrance door.

The Manager next day was much better. We were shocked to find there was no air-conditioning in the room when the hotel is rated 4 stars! We were glad we had booked another hotel for the other 5 nights we spent in Vienna.

Nice view of the boulevard.

Nice buffet breakfast of fresh baked goods, cereal, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, sausages, and a secection of cheeses and coldcuts, plus coffee and a variety of teas. Definitely a great deal for the price - nice middle range hotel with polite staff and very easy access to city center (2-3 stops by subway or 4 stops by tram), also there's an airport bus stop just across the street from the hotel. Spotlessly clean room, nice view of the cityscape (7th floor), rather small, but on the quiet side of the hotel which was a definite plus (the other side overlooks a busy street).
