They had excellent English, were helpful, cheerful and efficient. The room was large, bed comfortable and it was so nice to be able to have the kitchen facilities. Maid service was daily. There are lots of small restaurants, shops and supermarkets near by (without the city centre prices), and there is a very regular bus (no 22) to the station and centre of Florence. We would definitely use this accommodation again.

This apartment was my favorite. It was right on the bus line which took us into the heart of the city in 10 minutes. A little place across the street was known for the best breakfast. I wish we were able to stay there longer than we did. We would return in a heart beat. I am recommending it to others who will be in Italy in the spring. Thanks for making our trip to Florence one of the best

The receptionists were always very helpful. The hotel was located well as it is next to a bus stop which was easy to get into the centre of Florence and to the train station. There is also a large supermarket nearby where you can buy all your pasta and wine :-) The room was lovely thankyou. There were very modern facilities including a dishwasher, air con, heated towel rack and large shower. The kitchen was neat as you could hide it away using cubboard doors. The decor was lovely. Unfortunately it was very noisy in the early hours of the morning as there were road works being carried out outside.
