The staff were very courteous & helpfull on arrival & througout our stay. Our room size was excellent with a double & single bed. The bathroom was a bit dated but clean. The pool was quite small but again clean & was enjoyed greatly by our 4 year old son. The breakfast in the hotel was fantastic - overall we found the hotel to be great value for money & would defintley stay there again in the future.

The only good thing about this hotel is that it is a 10 minute taxi ride from the centre of Cardiff Towels in the bathroom were frayed at the edges. TV picture poor with a poor choice of channels.

Very poor dinner options. Although reservation confirmation stated that corporate rates could be obtained this was not the case Hotel in dire need of urgent and major renovation. The fold up single bed was unusable due to its age and dust content.

Bathroom cheap finishes - needed re-vamp. Too few pillows, poor quality. Asked for more, received one. Bedspread/blanket didn't feel clean.

An extra confortable chair would have been good.
