It would have been more pleasant if there was an area outside the Hotel to sit on a warm day (which it was when we arrived) We were both fully happy with the room

I registered a written complaint which was responded to several days later by way of an email response. I was told I would be charged for a double room by way of a credit. I booked a room for 3 beds; I received a room with 2 beds and a sofa pullout cot which was not the least bit comfortable; I was not accomodated at the front desk (being told the hotel was booked). Thus, I slept on the floor that night and my wife and daughter slept on the 2 beds. My first time ever paying to sleep on the floor of a hotel!

I think there should be an arrangement for people like ourselves wgho were unable to have breakfast due to an early flight. This should be at no extra cost unllike the present system where a charge is levied for breakfast in the room.

Could not get a shuttle bus to the airport at the time requested because there wasn't sufficient space availability. Our room was exceedingly small and uncomfortable, while our bathroom was inproportionaly large.

Our check out time to catch the airport shuttle was BEFORE breakfast was open. Therefore we paid for breakfast but could not get it. No refund for breakfast portion was offered, and when asked for a lesser charge, a cold breakfast was offered. Television wake up call did not work. Repeated requests for an old-fashioned wake up call were denied.
