The courtesy bus and staff were a big bonus and the staff were generally courteous and pleasant, some more than others. No shower gel in the shower, despite it being pointed out, was a nuisance; misinformation about the buses back from the City Centre led us to leave our venue earlier than we needed to to avoid missing the "last" bus when in fact buses run all night from nearby to our venue; misinformation about taxi availability late at night from the airport was also unhelpful - we were advised to get the "last" bus to the airport and a taxi from the airport to the hotel - I tried to get a taxi to no avail, but the hotel were kind enough to collect us in the courtesy bus, although we had been told did not come out late at night.

I would stay there again and recommend it to friends and family. It's just unfortunate for us that we were next to the Royal Scotts Show and the lorries were still loading and leaving late into the night and first thing in the morning !! Other wise rooms were very good.
