Our watches said it was not quite 9:30 when we arrivd in the dining room. The girl in charge showed us her little clock which said 9:31. She said this is the clock she goes by and refused to serve us a full breakfast. This is absurd, any hotel should be willing to make the cusotmer happy if possible. She obviously couldn't have cared less. Even though the hotel was hardly full, we were first given an incredibly small corner room though we had requested a king size bed. They moved us to another room at our request. Why not do it right the first time and save your customer the headache?
