As of 23.00 PM my next door neighbour decided that it was time to watch television. I could literally hear what programme he was listening to. Furthermore the traffic noice was very loud. If you just want to sleep for a couple of hours, due to the fact that you have to take an early plain, this is not the kind of environment you would like to be.
