Reviewer: geoff brooke Date of review: 31 August 2007 Recommends this hotel: YES Recommended for: Business, Leisure, Couples Room Hotel Facilities 2 Bed 5 Ambience 3 Cleanliness 5 Service 5 Room Size 4 Location 5 Amenities 4 Value for Money 4 very disappointed that the pool, spa, jacuzzi were closed during our stay the no 1 reason for booking this hotel was for these facilites. i phoned to confirm these facilities and was assured they were open ; this was in addition to booking via email. the duty manager was very apologetic and reduced the cost of our stay but it was a disappointment as the trip was a present for my wifes birthday who would have loved the afore mentioned faciliteis. the staff were very helpful,professional, courteous and friendly. the breakfast was excellent and the 2 day ticket for transportation etc was greatly appreciated

The restaurant menu was very limited. Accordingly, we used neither. The overcovering "duvet" needed to be bigger.

Unfortunately they were not located prior to leaving. So far we have not heard if they have been found and we are very keen to have them back. If possible could you please let me know ASAP.
