very disappointed that the pool, spa, jacuzzi were closed during our stay
the no 1 reason for booking this hotel was for these facilites.
i phoned to confirm these facilities and was assured they were open ; this was in addition to booking via email.
the duty manager was very apologetic and reduced the cost of our stay but it was a disappointment as the trip was a present for my wifes birthday who would have loved the afore mentioned faciliteis.
the staff were very helpful,professional, courteous and friendly.
the breakfast was excellent and the 2 day ticket for transportation etc was greatly appreciated
