Reviewer: steven mccaskill Date of review: 28 December 2005 Recommends this hotel: YES Room Hotel Facilities 5 Bed 5 Ambience 5 Cleanliness 5 Service 3 Room Size 2 Location 4 Amenities 5 Value for Money 5 There was a man on night duty on the evening/morning of my departure date...i asked for hot tea & wanted to drink it in the lobby, as i had a guest, it was late & i didnt want guests in my small room...the man at the desk, i felt, treated me, with discomfort or was not SO service-oriented, as he was bothered that i asked for room service for the tea but wanted to drink it in the lobby / lounge area...i dont have a problem with following house rules, BUT i think that this man could have been MORE hospitable to me instead of a little bit hostile...maybe he wasn't properly trained? i dont know... The room, though small, was extremely sophisticated and it felt luxurious. i liked the windows and the view unto the city.
