The reception was in another hotel in Ayr, but this was fully booked, so we selected the Ramada from HolidayCity's website. We drove from home in Glasgow and found the Ramada easily (admittedly with satnav assistance). Parking at the hotel was thankfully very easy (as it was pouring when we arrived!). Our room was very good, spacious, well cleaned and in good decorative order. We found the staff courteous and helpful. We breakfasted in the hotel the following morning. Breakfast was reasonably good (buffet style), but we thought was fairly expensive in relation to the hotel tariff. Overall a good experience.
