From Junction 30 of M5, follow signs for Middlemoor. Go under railway bridge. At roundabout, take 3rd exit, signposted Pinhoe. Follow road until traffic lights are reached (Sainsbury's on right), bear left into Pinhoe Road (signposted Whipton and University). Go past parade of shops on right, at brow of hill look for Red House Hotel Exeter tourist sign. Red House Hotel Exeter is located on the right, tucked back from main road (in Whipton Village Road).
