Take the "A4" highway towards Vienna, at the sign ZENTRUM, get off the highway and drive towards SCHÜTTELSTRAßE. When you see ROSSAUER BARRACKS (built of red bricks) on your left, taek a left turn into the HÖRLGASSE and drive ahead until WÄHRINGERSTRAßE. On your right you will see HOTEL REGINA, but you have to drive around the VOTIV CHURCH to get to the entrance of the Hotel.
If by bus, take the bus for the City Terminal at Hotel Hilton (U4 from LANDSTRASSE to SCHOTTENRING, then U2 to SCHOTTENRING) Either go through the park, heading to VOTIV CHURCH or take one of the following tram lines 37,38,40 or 41 and get off after one station.
