They didn't had my booking information and asked me to show them the email from holidaycity. After i purchased internet card from them i showed them the email, which was not acceptable by the higher mangement probably. They asked me to produce a printed copy. This whole process wasted an hour or mine.

During my many visits to Vienna, I have usually stayed at a pension in the 1st district but for this short (one day and two nights) visit the pension was fully booked so I decided to try the Hotel Regina. My stay was very pleasant and comfortable.

It was my first time in Austria, and I do not speak German. My room was not ready upon arrival, and I was sent out in the rain for 4 hours until I could check in. The receptionist was very curt and unhelpful. He did not volunteer helpful information such as the time of breakfast, the time of check-out, the ammentities available. When I returned from my walk, my husband had been trying to reach me since my cell phone had no service. The receptionist rudely told me that my husband had called...2 times! He told me to call him back right away, even though my husband explained to him that I did not have phone use or the contact numbers that I needed. The room was fine- I don't expect sheer luxury, but I would hardly call it four star quality. The carpet is old an stained. There is no air conditioning. There is no iron, ironing board. The television is not set up to be viewed from the bed. The bathroom is tiny. With a little hospitality, all of these things would have been happily overlooked. The best thing about the hotel was its central location and the beautiful Votive Church next door.

That was too much.No baggage handlers when checking in. had to carry all our luggages ourself till the reception. upon check out there was a baggage helper.
