Confusion was cleared up the next day. Otherwise, holidaycity and Hotel Reginia are well appreciated.

Lots of dogs had obvously stayed in the room. No natural light as room was in the atic. Urine stains on toilet seat.

It is situated by the Rathaus where the main stage of the celebrations took place. It is also within walking distance of most other tourist sights in Vienna too. The room was nice (301) it's actually in the stairwell which was surprising, but that ment no neighbors to worry about... but our neighbor was the elevator and I could see it potentially would bother light sleepers.
