Hotel Relais Il Cestello Florence is an old structure, used in the past as a post office that functioned with horses and buggies. The Hotel looks on Piazza di Cestello and from the windows you can see the beautiful Cestello Church, the surrounding area of San Frediano, the Church of Ognissanti and the Arno River. Small, family-owned and very helpful and friendly. I'd paid for a standard room (very tiny) and was then moved to a large double overlooking the river. A real surprise in these days of the spiraling Euro.
