The room was spacious and the beds super comfortable. We did not use the restaurant or have breakfast there, so can't comment on the food. There was an abundance of lamps and chairs in the room but the large TV in a huge cabinet was not placed opposite any of the chairs or the beds, so it was difficult to view. The bathroom was clean and had every amenity but I cut my thumb taking the shower head out of the bracket. The staff were very courteous, friendly and immediately waived the valet parking charge of £14 when I reported the shower head hazard. There were tea and coffee making facilities but only 2 of each of 2 kinds of tea bags and no tea pot or saucers, only mugs.

STAFF VERY HELPFULL.WOULD GO AGAIN ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE LIFTS 2 OF 3 WERE OUT OF ORDER AT A BUSY TIME OF DAY.
