Not in the old city, not near the beach, but also not far away from bus and metro station that connects hotel to all major attractions in Valencia. The room is clean, comfortable, but a little bit small shower cabine.

The walk into the old city took about 25 minutes but was a very pleasant walk and as we found out on the last morning just 2 minutes from Valencia football stadium. The room was very spacious and the air conditioning was very welcome.Three good nights sleep!

However, there was not any international tv channel available. So no cnn or bbc. And plus our room was looking at a very busy street. but in general, it is a great value for the money.

The location was fine, especially if visiting to watch a Valencia Footbal match. About a ten minute walk from the metro station. Hotel was ok. Poor car parking facilities. The car park was across a busy road. Not good with cases and kids.

Clean, tidy and well maintained.
