Staying at Verona House made it an even better experience. We had the opportunity to do washing an use the kitchen faclities provided, and breakfast was served in a nearby cafe. The desk staff are fantastic, very helpful, and the building was safe and central.

The place has character! Location is superb. Pleasant rooms with character, well kept.

The decor was soothing and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast is taken at a local cafe (you are given a voucher at reception), and this adds to the ambience. Add to this the location - opposite the Castelvecchio and about five minutes from the Arena, and this is a quite superb hotel n Verona.

No one on the front desk on Sunday morning. But this did not bother me particularly. Much bigger than I was expecting.
