On the whole our stay at your hotel was nice, but there were some things which did not fully meet our wishes, especially considering that it is a 4-star hotel! 1. We told the staff that we would be staying at the hotel for our honeymoon, when booking. One would expect a recognition at least, some flowers for the wife in the room or whatever, as usually happens in other hotels for a honeymoon couple. 2. We had to phone reception and ask how to switch on the air condition. It wasn't very safe: the switch was in a sort of distribution box along with many other switches. 3. It is not comfortable to have a shower in the bath; the water spills all over the floor as there is no proper cover to enclose it. 4. We spent three nights in the hotel. Before the first night, we asked for extra pillows because the ones we had were so soft and low, unsuitable for the neck unless you have two, one on the other. We were told that the request would be dealt with the following morning. However, until three nights later, when we left the hotel, we had neither the pillows nor a further answer!
