Great view if you manage to get a front room (see photo). The counter staff where great and could speak english. The only let down was that we had a couple of items go missing from our room. All in all it was a good location at a good price.

The view from our hotel room was amazing and it was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided by the hotel was great and the staff were very helpful in suggesting nearby restaurants and making reservations for museums. I would definitely stay in this hotel on my next visit to Florence.
