The Rothenburger Hof Dresden is located in Dresden's government district called the "Neustadt". It is about a kilometre from the pedestrian shopping-trip Hauptstrasse, within walking distance of the historical "Altstadt" with the Semper Opera House, Hofkirche (Catholic Court Chapel) and the Zwinger. Tram stops, which conveniently travel to each and every direction, are located near the Rothenburger Hof Dresden. The historical and exhibition centre are only a few stops away. Travelling by car:
Take the motorway exit Dresden-Hellerau and follow the "Hansastr." in the direction of the centre of Dresden (Hotelroute B, green sign along the street). Go straight ahead and you will pass under the Dresden-Neustadt station's railway bridge. At the first traffic lights turn left into "Große Meißner Str.". Follow this street past the Saxon financial ministry (at second light, Hotelroute B turn right, Sign Rothenburger-Hof straight on) and the "Staatskanzlei". At the third traffic lights turn left into the one-way street "Hoyerswerdaer Str." (don´t cross the river on the right), go straight ahead, cross "Bautzner Str." to "Rothenburger Str.".Our hotel, Rothenburger Hof Dresden is located on left hand side of the road.
Travelling by train:
Almost all trains stop at the IC-station "Dresden-Neustadt". Going by taxi is the easiest way to reach the hotel. Fares are about EUR 7. Alternatively, you can take tram no. 11 ( to Bühlau) or no. 6 (Niedersedlitz) from the tram stop in front of the station. Please, get off at "Bautzner/Rothenburger Str." after two stops.
Pick-up-service: Pick-up and transfer upon departure from and to the Dresden-Neustadt or Dresden-Hauptbahnhof railway stations is possible for Euro 20,-- (maximal 5 passengers).

Travelling by plane:
Dresden airport is about 7 km outside the city. You can reach the centre of Dresden for about Euro 15,-- by taxi, depending on traffic. Alternatively, you can take the regional train to the Dresden-Neustadt railway station. The tiket is also valid for the tram. (See: travelling by train). Fare Euro 2,--. Trains run daily from 04:32 until 23:31
If travelling by a rental car, follow the green signs "hotelroute C" to the city. After 6 km, shortly before the Carola-bridge, turn left and follow the green sign Rothenburger-Hof. At the second traffic lights turn left into the one-way street "Hoyerswerdaer Str.", go straight ahead, cross the "Bautzner Str." to "Rothenburger Str.".
