A SUPERIOR ROOM WAS NOT AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL A COMPLAINT WAS LODGED TO THE MANAGER WENT TO ANOTHER HOTEL THEY SAY THEY DID NOT RECIVE OUR BOOKING NO FOLLOW UP WAS RECEIVED AS YET PLEASE REPLY
