As we did not receive the type of room we had booked and paid for. I have already written to you with comments on the rooms we were given as they were not superior and did not have views of las ramblas.

Only 2 lifts and unfortunately one was out of action. Requested views to las ramblas but not accepted. No tea/coffee facilities in room

Bar facilities were lacking & very open to foyer area.

The only other facilities i would have liked are a hot tub to relax in at the end of the day and an exercise room. other than that, the hotel was top quality.
