Royal British Hotel Edinburgh is located right in the heart of the city, situated in the well known and busy shopping area of Princes Street. The famous Waverley Market is just across the road, with the railway station is also nearby. The City Airbus terminal and St. Andrews Bus Station are within easy reach of the hotel.

Route to Royal British Hotel Edinburgh:

By Rail: Opposite to Waverley Railway Station with mainline Intercity links to London and rest of Scotland.

By Air: You may get a taxi to the hotel or you can catch the Air Bus which runs every half an hour and takes 20 min to get to St. Andrews Bus station, a 2 min walk from Royal British Hotel Edinburgh.
lt;BR> Parking: AT GREENSIDE CAR PARK As a City Centre Hotel we regret sincerely that "Car Parking" is not available on site. We have however secured a special arrangement with The Greenside Car Park, situated only 200 yards from Royal British Hotel Edinburgh.

They have an arrangement with the Greenside Car Park that guests staying at the Hotel will receive a 20% discount on the cost of their parking (no time limits or time restrictions).

This special reduction only applies while you are a resident at the Royal British Hotel, therefore when you deposit your car at The Greenside Car Park, you will need to collect a ticket from reception at the hotel. On departure from the car park, please drive to level 3 and park in the emergency bays for customer services. These are located just before the exit, and painted red. Follow the marked out walkway, round to the customer services window. From here an attendant will create a new ticket for you.

A lost ticket will incur normal car parking charges as displayed.
