I was extremely unhappy not to have been notified about this before I arrived at the hotel (10 in the evening). The Hotel at Montgomery was very nice. But a very long way from where I wanted to stay. Eurostar Grand Place should not issue a confirmed reservation if they have no rooms. Apparently it is quite a common occurrence.

Satelite box did not work. Window could not close, and extra 3rd bed took space, but otherwise everything was fine.
