They were misinformative and very unhelpful. We were very dissapointed with the service from the desk.

We asked for more but there were no extras. I found this strange as normally hotels of this calibre have duvets or at least two blankets and a store of extras.

Also very noisy during night in the yard (had the window to the yard).

This is the fisrt time since the re-furb! Excellent improvement. Very friendly staff as always. good value

The cleaning personal was extremly friendly! The breakfast was disgusting. The bathroom is very small. Even though the interior is quite exquisit. People taller than 180 cm or those who are not that slimm will not be able to use the toilet (space to small to sit down). It was sometimes impossible to open the rooms door so we had to call to get someone to get us out of there!!
