Hot amid the Cold
We spent two days at the hotel, which enabled us to visit the sights of geneva, the first time we had been there. the room was very comfortable and the television worked well. given that it was exceptionally cold outside, it was important that the
... room was well heated and well insulated. the staff were uniformly polite and helpful, but the room service arrived too late to be useful the first day and then very early the second day. we were happy with the catering though we mostly ate out as geneva has a great variety of interesting ethnic food. We were ready to speak french but the majority of the staff speak english to a good standard. i would be happy to recommend the hotel to other visitors.
