Friendly personal (except for one in the reception). The park lot of the hotel is very expencive (96 euro for 3 day!), it's better to park the car in one of the city car park lots. The hotel is very recommended as a base to visit the city. Not very big but functional.

We had dinner one night in hotel Italian restaurant. Service was too brisk and quite expensive. The bedroom was very hot. We were on 9th floor. Air conditioning did not cool it down. To be able to open window was excellent but when rain/snow came, the window automatically closed.

Some of the hotel looks a little tired but it has a certain charm. Staff very helpful, good English. Had requested 2 beds but on arrival was given room with double, then offered room with double and sofa bed. I insisted on twin room and eventually they "found" a newly refurbished room with twin beds.

Easy to get around from there. We were fortunate to get a bigger room for a twin size even though it does seem a bit cramped. Breakfast was good. Staff is friendly. The only thing was the desk clerk said the cambio exchange places were closed since we arrived on a Sunday. But they were open and I felt taken advantage of since we got back 180 Euro in exchange for 300 USD. It was too late by the time I realized it.
