The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We had 7 peolple from our company at the hotel and all enjoyed the stay. We did however find that the cost of breakfast to be outrageous. We ate elsewhere. Other than that , I'm sure we will book again.

The hotel did in fact move us the next day but even the second room's air conditioning was not adequate, especially as the rooms were quite compact. Also in the first room our room safe was not working.

On 4th floor very good.

Location was the BEST. Upon checkout the clerk didn't know how to handle billing because of Holiday City arrangements but finally resolved w/supervisor. Enjoyed the access to the mini bar/frig. Should have been able to get CNN TV, but couldn't. Everything else was perfect.
