I saw the recptionist on the morning I arrived when the claner found her, and had to pay for the room then. For the rest of my stay there was never anyone at reception. This is also the noisest hotel I have ever stayed in and would never recommend it to anyone. In fact I don't think that it is even worth its 2 stars. The room was a single room with an extra bed shovd into it. There was no room to move and the shower was just in th corner of the room with no privacy, fine for a single room but no good if you are sharing.

Not what we booked The location was excellent but we were not located in the hotel we booked.we were told go to the 5th floor to the planet hotel. also we could only have one drink either hot or cold and croissant for breakfast in a cafe down the street, not even in the same building, not enough for an adult starting the day treaking through the city.My wife has to have glueten free diet and to that end she brought her own bread and just wanted it toasted

stairs not ideal for old people, and lift not always available. Tiny, dreary, dark room without a view. Reasonably good shower which leaked on bathroom floor. At first tiny towels eventually replaced by a larger one.

The staff at the hotel was very concerned as I had a missing piece of luggage and very good english was spoken by the staff person I was dealing with which was very comforting in this situation. The location of the hotel (steps away from the train station) was a bonus for us as we used the train everyday. The restaurants in the neighborhood were abundant and wonderful. very typical european room. CLean and nice shower, very accomodating.

Hotel is in an ideal location - next to Termini Station. Several places to eat nearbyby and handy for all transport links. Basic room but sufficient for a family of 4.

The staff is not very friendly, and will try and make you pay by cash despite having your credit card details. The room is overpriced for the area. I have seen crack houses in better shape.

The walls are made of paper. There is no way that one can sleep. When people leave the room or the hotel veryone can hear it. Horrifying ! Never again! The breakfast was served at a shop/bar where you cannot sit to have breakfast. They asked us to pay for three nights, then for two nights. They were referring to cancel procedure ?????? Amenities are broken or very dirty. No maintenance what so ever. Fungus on the wall and ceiling
