Surely this was not a 4-star quality room.

The price for this room is really too high: the rate was 160 euro/day for 2 persons, 110 euro/day is the maximum you can ask for this.

It looked like a nursing home: linoleum floors, small, unadorned and bleak. We changed to a room with a little more cheer, but declined to stay our scheduled second night. The attached restaurant was equally disappointing. The service was HORRIBLE. The gentleman waiter was unfriendly and switched every single item the two of us ordered, from wine to dessert. He was unapologetic, gruff and we felt extremely unwelcomed. I really don't recommend this experience to any traveller.

The staff were friendly and the breakfasts were the best we've ever had. Lovely view and very comfortable.
