The room was in desperate need of decoration i.e. paper & paint, but it was clean. Bathroom again clean but in need of updating.

The carpets were very dusty - they had not been properly cleaned well near room furniture.

Water also came through ceiling into sink in bathroom due to shower being run in another room upstairs.
