Reviewer: ALPHONSE LOPEZ Date of review: 6 November 2007 Recommends this hotel: NO Recommended for: Families Room Hotel Facilities 1 Bed 4 Ambience 1 Cleanliness 4 Service 1 Room Size 4 Location 4 Amenities 4 Value for Money 1 i was terribly disappointed with the breakfast service at the hotel. staff were not interested in providing service to clients, never greeted them, but kept to themselves and chatted non-stop. whatever was offered at the continental breakfast was not very good. croissants were old and stale. no much in terms of fruit selection either. tables were not properly set up with silver ware and one had to find spoons, etc. etc. again, staff (the two italian ladies) inside the dining room had no interest whatsoever in the clients.

No other tourist assistence. Unhelpful clerk at desk. No complimentary bottled water or anything else. Breakfast service slow. They provided only what they had to. Only 4 star with plastic drinking glasses.
