The service as usual was good and the staff very helpful as always - especially since they treat me as an old customer. I have stayed at this hotel a few times and I notice that not too much renovation has been done. Decorations in the room are beginning to look a little "tired" ! Otherwise, its still a hotel I would keep going back to.

I had to find another one. The window should have a position for ventilation, not only open - close.
