Staff were very helpful and provided extras (quiet room, fan, bike).

It was a great way to start our vacation! Since we were travelling by train, the location was perfect for us. I slept on the pull out couch/bed, which was about as comfortable as they can be. The room was nice and very comfortable for 3 people.
