It is close to recreational areas and the beach, as well as the business areas in Barum and Lysaker. If you are interested in art, or like to go for walks, visit Henie Onstad Art Gallery, a museum of modern art. Beautifully located by the Oslofjord, the gallery is surrounded by a park, consisting of several statues from the gallery's collection. The Scandic Hovik Oslo is conveniently situated by the E18, approximately 10 minutes west of Oslo. From the east, you take the exit by Esso at Ramstadsletta, and from the west follow the hotel road sign. The Scandic sign is clearly visible from all directions.
