It was very comfortable and welcoming and the room was fantastic. The staff were very helpful on check-in. All in all, I would recommend this hotel to friends as a lovely place to stay.

The decor in the hotel was very pleasant. We had a lovely view from the balcony of our room. The bed was too firm for our comfort. That is a personal issue with us. We find that the mattresses throughout Germany, even in 4 and 5 star hotels, are uncomfortably firm for us.

Staff very very slow to remove used utensils off tables. Lots of plates at buffet not been refilled with food, therefore making selection limited. Defenitaly not worth the money we paid. Will not recommend this hotel to my friends or colleagues Decor needs updating, bedding very faded. Suggest putting coffee facilities in room
