A member of staff spent time with guests when they arrived and explained the hotel's facilities and gave them a welcome drink as well. This was very welcoming as were the fresh flowers and fruit in the room. Everything about the hotel we found to be first class. The breakfasts, the fitness facilities and, in particular, the frienliness and diligence of the staff.
