The room we had was extremely noisy at night, until midnight, since it was above the garden restaurant.

THERE WAS NO POINT OF CONTACT TO COMPLAIN TO OR OBTAIN ASSISTANCE WHEN THIS DISRUTION WAS OCCURING AND THEREFOR WAS THE DOWN SIDE OF THE OTHERWISE COMFORTABLE STAY. PLEASE CAN YOU CONSIDER THE PROVISION OF COFFEE/TEA MAKING FACILITIES WITHIN THE ROOM AS OTHER INTERNATIONAL HOTELS.

I originally had trouble finding it because I had mistaken the house number. After I found the right number it was easy to find and is close to a bus stop. The room was being cleaned when I arrived. The cleaning only took about five minutes and the room was in excellent condition.

The only downside is that the location is not the best: a bit far from the city center. Overall this is a great hotel to choose given the price.

The rooms were large and clean and the staff made sure that we were comfortable. I also felt that the price was right for such a nice room. I enjoyed my two night stay and will definitly stay there again when I return to Munich. Also, it was very easy to get from place to place because the bus stop was right outside the hotel. The room was lovely and very comfortable. It was a pleasant visit.
