The valet said he "would make a note" but it was never addressed. The bathroom drain was also very slow.

We paid a high price for room to trea ourselves. Having to then pay GBP32 for breakfast ruined it. Staff were very accomodating

The blinds must be fully drawn to achieve darkness which means you cannot use natural sunlight to awake yourself in the morning.
