Excellent facilities (and the best hotel bathroom ever!) Pleasant staff and helpful, we checked out in the morning but they were happy to keep our luggage secure until we returned for it at the end of the day. Very handy for city centre, train station and bus station. Room had some lovely added touches and only disappointed was that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room this time (I'm sure there were the first trip). All round a great hotel and would stay again due to location.

The Spa was wonderful. Would have been good to have a coffee machine, an iron and a radio in the room.

The staff were helpful and friendly apart from a mis-understanding at bar area where we ended up paying for something twice and it seemed to the staff we were dishonest, and forgeting our breakfast order in the morning resulting in us having to leave without eating as we had run out of time. It was the same member of staff both times so I put this down to the person, not the hotel. I think the room we stayed in had a Queen bed, but it couldn't have been more perfect for our needs. More pillows would have been good but a minor point. Couldn't fault the room....even with no view !
